How soon will my masks ship and what is the shipping time?
All masks are made to order so our goal is to ship them within 7-10 days of your order. Each item is shipped via USPS Priority and should arrive in 1-3 days once they leave our location.
What are the dimensions of the mask?
7.375" wide by 5.75" tall
Are the masks adjustable?
The masks are designed to be one size fits all and have some adjustment on the lower velcro strap.
What are the masks made of?
The fabric is made from 100% recycled bottles.
Is the mask machine washable?
It is recommended to hand wash these masks due to the velcro that attaches the bottom strap.
What is the return policy?
We do not offer returns due to the nature of this product but if you have any issues with your mask please contact us at sales@styose.com and we will be happy to correct them.
How accurate are the mask images to the final mask product?
Masks are made by hand so light variations should be expected
